With me, there’s no pressure to have everything decided upfront. No endless scrolling through comparison sites. No admin headaches. You tell me what kind of trip you want and I handle the research, planning and booking for you.

Step 1: Send an enquiry

It starts with a quick enquiry using the travel form on my website.

If you know exactly what you would like to book, this is the best way to let me know. Whether it is a specific hotel, flight or package, you can send over the details and I can take it from there.

If you are still figuring things out, that is completely fine too. A rough idea is enough. Something like a beach holiday in Europe, a honeymoon in the Caribbean, a cruise, or even a long-haul trip later in the year is a great starting point.

If you have any non-negotiables, include them. Things like breakfast included, a great location near the beach or city centre, walkable areas or easy access to transport are all helpful.

Step 2: I confirm your enquiry

Once your enquiry comes through, I’ll email you to confirm I’ve received it.

If I need anything clarified, I'll ask a couple of quick questions so I can tailor your options properly. This might include hotel style, what matters most to you and the overall feel you are going for.

Step 3: I research and send your personalised quotes

Then I get to work. I search across trusted suppliers, including trade-only options that aren’t available to the public. I focus on value, quality and what works best for you.

You'll receive tailored quotes by email, with everything clearly laid out. This includes flights, hotels or packages, along with key details, cancellation policies and anything important to know before booking.

Step 4: Review and refine your options

There is no pressure to book straight away. If you are happy with an option, it is always best to secure it early, as prices and availability can change.

If you want a different area, a better view, a spa hotel, a quieter setting, or even a different destination, just let me know. The more feedback you give, the better I can refine your options. Rest assured, I only send quotes I would be happy booking myself.

Step 5: I secure your booking

When you’re ready to go ahead, just confirm by email and I’ll take care of the rest. I’ll secure everything for you and take payment securely over the phone.

Step 6: Before you travel

Once everything is confirmed, you are ready to travel. Whether you have booked a full holiday package, flights, a hotel stay, or something more tailored, I will make sure you have everything you need before you travel.
